📦 পণ্য রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড নীতিমালা
আমরা সবসময় গ্রাহকের সন্তুষ্টিকে সর্বোচ্চ গুরুত্ব দিই। তাই আপনার সুবিধার জন্য নিচের শর্তে রিটার্ন ও রিফান্ড সুবিধা প্রযোজ্য—
✅ ১. তাৎক্ষণিক রিটার্ন (ডেলিভারির সময়)
- ডেলিভারি ম্যানের সামনে পণ্য চেক করার সুযোগ রয়েছে।
- কোনো সমস্যা মনে হলে আপনি তাৎক্ষণিকভাবে ফেরত দিতে পারবেন।
- এ ক্ষেত্রে কেবলমাত্র ডেলিভারি চার্জ গ্রাহককে বহন করতে হবে।
- যদি আগে থেকে পেমেন্ট করা থাকে, তবে রিটার্ন নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর ৭-১০ কর্মদিবসের মধ্যে টাকা ফেরত দেওয়া হবে।
✅ ২. ডেলিভারির পর রিটার্ন
- পণ্য হাতে পাওয়ার পর যদি পণ্যটি সম্পূর্ণ অক্ষত (Intact) থাকে, তবে রিটার্ন করা যাবে।
- গ্রাহককে নিজ দায়িত্বে কুরিয়ার করে পণ্য ফেরত পাঠাতে হবে।
- কুরিয়ার খরচ ও প্যাকেজিং বাবদ একটি নির্দিষ্ট চার্জ কেটে নেওয়া হবে।
- কুরিয়ার স্লিপ প্রদর্শনের পর রিফান্ড প্রক্রিয়া শুরু হবে।
- টাকা গ্রাহকের একাউন্টে পৌঁছাতে ৭-১০ কর্মদিবস সময় লাগতে পারে।
✅ ৩. পণ্য অনুপস্থিত (আংশিক ডেলিভারি)
যদি কোনো অর্ডারে এক বা একাধিক পণ্য অনুপস্থিত থাকে, তবে গ্রাহক চাইলে—
- পুরো পার্সেল ফেরত দিতে পারবেন।
- অথবা, অনুপস্থিত পণ্যের দাম বাদ দিয়ে বাকি পণ্যের টাকা পরিশোধ করতে পারবেন।
- 👉 এই ক্ষেত্রে গ্রাহককে কোনো অতিরিক্ত চার্জ দিতে হবে না।
📦 Return & Refund Policy
Customer satisfaction is our top priority. That’s why we offer the following return and refund options—
✅ 1. Instant Return (At the Time of Delivery)
- Customers have the option to check the product in front of the delivery person.
- If you find any issue, you can immediately return the product.
- In this case, you only need to pay the delivery charge.
- If the payment was made in advance, the refund will be processed within 7–10 business days after the return is confirmed.
✅ 2. Return After Delivery
- If the product remains completely intact after delivery, you can return it.
- The customer must send the product back via courier at their own responsibility.
- A fixed charge will be deducted for courier cost and packaging.
- After providing the courier slip, our team will initiate the refund process.
- The refunded amount will reach your account within 7–10 business days.
✅ 3. Missing Items (Partial Delivery)
If one or more items from your order are missing, you can choose to—
- Return the entire parcel.
- Or, pay only for the delivered items (excluding the missing ones) and accept the parcel.
- 👉 In this case, no extra charges will be applied.
