স্বাগতম KRH SHOP-এ। আমাদের শপ থেকে পণ্য কেনার পূর্বে অনুগ্রহ করে নিচের শর্তাবলী মনোযোগ সহকারে পড়ুন।

অর্ডার এবং ডেলিভারি:

অর্ডার নিশ্চিত হওয়ার পর ফোন কল বা ইনবক্সের মাধ্যমে কনফার্ম করা হবে।

ডেলিভারি সময় সাধারণত ২-৫ কর্মদিবস।

বিশেষ অফার বা দূরবর্তী এলাকায় ডেলিভারিতে অতিরিক্ত সময় লাগতে পারে।


মূল্য এবং পেমেন্ট:

পণ্যের মূল্য অর্ডারের সময় নির্ধারিত থাকবে।

পেমেন্ট ক্যাশ অন ডেলিভারি অথবা অগ্রিম বিকাশ/নগদ/রকেট মাধ্যমে করা যাবে।

প্রোমোশন বা ডিসকাউন্ট শুধুমাত্র নির্ধারিত সময়ের জন্য প্রযোজ্য।


রিটার্ন এবং বাতিলকরণ নীতি:

রিটার্ন কেবল নির্দিষ্ট শর্ত সাপেক্ষে গ্রহণযোগ্য। বিস্তারিত রিটার্ন নীতি আমাদের পেইজে উল্লেখ আছে।

অর্ডার শিপমেন্টের আগে বাতিল করা যাবে। শিপমেন্টের পর বাতিল করা যাবে না।


পণ্যের স্টক:

সব পণ্য স্টক-নির্ভর। কোনো পণ্য স্টকে না থাকলে অর্ডার বাতিল বা বিকল্প পণ্য অফার করা হতে পারে।


ব্যবহারের দায়িত্ব:

স্কিনকেয়ার ও কসমেটিক্স ব্যবহারের পূর্বে পণ্যের নির্দেশনা পড়ে নিতে হবে।

কোনো অ্যালার্জি বা সমস্যা হলে কোম্পানি দায়ী থাকবে না।


পলিসি পরিবর্তন:

KRH SHOP যে কোনো সময় এই শর্তাবলী পরিবর্তন বা সংশোধন করার অধিকার রাখে।

Order & Delivery:

Orders will be confirmed via phone call or inbox message after placement.

Delivery usually takes 2-5 working days.

Delivery to remote areas or during special offers may require extra time.


Pricing & Payment:

Product prices will be determined at the time of order placement.

Payments can be made via Cash on Delivery (COD) or advance payment through bKash/Nagad/Rocket.

Promotions or discounts are applicable for a limited time only.


Return & Cancellation Policy:

Orders can be canceled before shipment only. Once shipped, cancellations are not allowed.


Product Stock:
